1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Customers may request order cancellation before the order has been shipped or dispatched from our side. Once the cancellation request is approved, the order will be cancelled and the refund process will be initiated, if payment has already been made.

• Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after placing the order.
• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once an order is packed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Order Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled directly. In such cases, customers may receive the product and request a return or exchange as per our Refund & Return Policy.

If a customer refuses delivery without prior approval, shipping charges, COD charges, or handling fees may be deducted from the refundable amount, where applicable.

3. Cancellation of COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers should inform us before the order is shipped if they wish to cancel. Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may result in limited COD availability for future purchases.

4. Cancellation of Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders cancelled before shipment, the refund will be processed after cancellation approval. Refunds are usually credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on the payment provider or bank processing time.

5. Non-Cancellable Orders

Some orders may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed or processed.

• Orders that have already been shipped or dispatched
• Customized, personalized, or specially requested products
• Products purchased under clearance sale or final sale
• Orders already out for delivery

If we cancel a prepaid order, the eligible amount will be refunded to the customer.
