At Rumane Royale, we want you to shop with confidence. Every product is carefully checked before dispatch. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for orders placed on our website.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
  • The product must not have perfume, stains, damage, or signs of use.
  • The return request must be raised within the allowed return period.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some products are not eligible for return or refund unless they are received damaged or incorrect.

  • Products purchased during clearance sale or final sale
  • Customized or specially requested items
  • Items damaged due to customer handling or usage
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging
  • Used, washed, altered, or stained products

3. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share your order details along with clear photos or an unboxing video so our team can verify the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Important: We recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your parcel. This helps us resolve damaged, missing, or wrong item claims faster.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for size or product issues, subject to stock availability. If the requested size or product is not available, our team may offer an alternative option or process a refund as applicable.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in original condition.
  • Exchange approval is subject to quality inspection.

5. Return Pickup & Shipping Charges

If the return is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective product, Rumane Royale will assist with the return process. For size exchanges or customer preference-based returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

Shipping charges, COD charges, or handling fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our side.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it. After successful quality approval, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or another approved method.

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment source.
  • COD refunds may be processed through bank transfer or UPI after collecting the required details.
  • Refunds usually take 7–10 working days after approval.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, customers may request a return after delivery as per our return policy.
