• Metro cities: Usually delivered within 4–7 working days.
• Other locations in India: Usually delivered within 5–10 working days.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed. Rumane Royale may offer free shipping on selected orders, promotional campaigns, or minimum order values.

• COD charges, if applicable, may be charged separately at checkout.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by Rumane Royale.

4. Cash on Delivery

6. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information at the time of placing the order. Rumane Royale will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

• If address correction is required, contact us as soon as possible before dispatch.
• Once shipped, address changes may not be possible.

7. Failed Delivery or Return to Origin

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned to us by the courier partner.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply. For prepaid orders, shipping/COD/handling charges may be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable.

8. Damaged Package on Delivery

If the package appears damaged, tampered, or opened at the time of delivery, please do not accept the parcel or record clear photos/videos before opening it. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with proof so we can assist you better.
